What Is A Good Brand For A Tank?

At my local fish store here in Canada, there is a marineland 265g tank for $1599, and at the store with most of their stuff from China (Aquagiant), a 260g tank is $799. There is a lifetime warranty on the marineland and a 3 year warranty on the Aquagiant tank.

Is a known brand for a tank important?

Im leaning towards the marineland tank even though it is twice the price. A large tank leaking seems like a terrible risk to take.
I would still love some input from more experienced people.

it truely doesnt matter as long as you can tell its a well made tank
but i'd go for life time warranty its worth the money in the end.

IMO juwel make some of the best tank out there, they have 5 men on a production line building tanks in the most affective way possible.
clearseal are good too

agreed jewel are very good also eheim are good too but i prefer independant tank builders as you can det one to the exact size/style and spec you want
