What Has Tempted You At The Lfs Lately?

Okay so I consider myself to be a very Freshwater tank sort of person. I look at Marine topics now and again...and hear all the lovely tales about things in peoples tank poking them or stinging them...not appealing. The expense... In fact, the whole idea of purchasing "live rock" and waiting to see what random things grow on it...well lets just say that I could go see random flora (and possibly fauna ) growing in my parents fridge for free. Today however, I must say that I've never been so tempted to set up a Marine tank before...and the desire of course driven by a fish with venomous spines. They had a very young, very small volitan lionfish with the most perfectly gorgeous finnage. Then of course I came to my senses...

and enjoyed getting 3 bundles of Anarcharis for $2.49. yay!

So what crazy (or not so crazy) thing has tempted you at your LFS lately?

LongHorn Cowfish, he was healthy and small, I would have loved to pick him up........but sadly I don't have a 100+ gallon reef tank ready for him

i bought 2 new angel fish today just because of the way they looked. one was pure white and the other pure black. im gunna breed them and see if i get a cow.

Well, I have had to say no to so many things so far, I have totally trained myself to turn the other cheek, and set my mind to something else... I am tempted with Discus, but I will be buying them to bring back anyways

Just about everything tempts me at the lfs! Looking at the marine section is the worst one though, we are now going to upgrade our 3ft marine tank to a 5ft one as there are so many fish we want!

Where to start!
Juvenile Giant gourami, Siamese Tiger fish, Gold titanic pleco and as ever Hillstream loaches.
Came away with a Bulldog pleco so not all bad.

But those Giant Gourami were looking at me (and winking), i heard them say "buy me", honest....

but when i went yesterday to get some feeder fish (which i wish the had) there was a baby discus and i wanted it so bad because they are so pretty but my tank is too small *cry*

edit: also... a group of neon tetras... i wanted to see if my sucker fish would eat them
