What Food For My Bulldog Pleco L187

I have had my bulldog pleco for a week and been feeding him algae wafers and the odd bit of cucumber, but what else could I feed him. Need some ideas on names of food that he would enjoy apart from the algae wafers. He does come out but mostly at night, but likes to retreat to his cave and I want make sure he is getting a good diet.

You could try alternating his food with the wafers and some frozen food such as brine shrimp, cockles, bloodworm etc.
I buy a seafood mix with shrimp, prawn, squid and cockles from the supermarket to feed my Plecs.
