What happened to the "all of the above" vote? I dont feed just one of these catiagories.

I voted various frozen and seaweed, cuz I do put those inmy tank. But I also have flakes I sometimes put in there, and marine S pellets, and formula 1 marine pellets...

1152 you don't have plankton and were talking about saltwater only.
I feed mine a variety of frozen and seewead stuff i do also feed my corals plankton but fish also love it to. i like the frozen over flake. its like the fish would rather have a t-bone than a hotdog.

I feed all sorts...

Frozen: Mysis, Krill and marine mix. Cockle at times chopped up for the wrasses

Dried: Nori seaweed. And the very much overlooked Cyclopeze, a fantastic food!

Live: Phytoplankton. This not only feeds the coals but also the zooplankton in the natural sea waer and thus also gives graeter mico life.

were do you get live phytoplankton? does it come with your water that you get. I just use zooplankton which comes in a jar that have to refrigerate.

Live Phytoplankton comes in a bottle just like the zoo. It also must be kept refrigerated.

Cyclopeze ? what is it any good

I have never seen Live Phytoplankton and I use two lfs's who do marine, Maidenhead and waterzoo, best I have seen is live brine shrimp. I feed a variety of frozen, got some quartet yesterday and the clowns and wrasse love the octopus, mind you, I gave the remainder to my F8 and FW comunity fish and they loved it too.
