Most of the fish in your list don't belong in a 10G tank, regardless of gh or kh...tank size is too small

Yeah I agree with @AJE since when does a betta not belong in a 10 gallon? Also whats wrong with 2 platies in a 10 gallon? Oh and I'm going to the petstore today to get my water tested

Platies need a tank at least 12 x 12 x 24 inches.

I have a 29 gallon guppy tank in the basement where I breed guppies for profit. Any over crowded fry can be transferred there

If you already have guppies, I would look into a different fish for the 10g!

You can add a few bull sharks though. That won’t overcrowd.

Group of Chili rasboras
Group of Embers

No, they need to be in groups of 100 or more. Haven't you seen all of them in the wild, in those rivers? I excepted you to know more @EllRog.
