What fish eat algae wafers?

Gold fish try and eat about anything in the tank that is edible so I would assume they would eat algae wafers but generally they are meant for snails, shrimp, and plecos.

I give algae wafers to my panda garra, but most of the rest of the tank mates like it too.

You are feeding goldfish, so buy goldfish food, either flake or pellet. It will have the ingredients best suited to goldfish. You can also feed Bug Bites, a natural food of all carnivorous or omnivorous fish.

my baby fish like it as a snack when powdered

Those goldfish will try to eat it anyways...
Basically, almost all of my fish will eat algae wafers.

Well gold fish live in seaweed land isn't it?, land with plenty of seaweed..... actually alot....... Not sure if i'm quite right...... But i guess...... So it will be their main diet?.........

The word 'seaweed' usually means macroalgae found in the sea.
There are many plants which live in fresh water but they are not called seaweed.

Goldfish eat plants rather than algae.

There are some fish which do eat algae, and algae wafers are intended for these fish when there is not enough algae growing in the tank.
But many fish which do not eat algae in the wild will eat algae wafers when the wafers are used for algae eating fish. For example, corydoras are not algae eating fish but if an algae wafer is put in a tank they will eat it. But there is better food for corydoras.
