What equiment do I really need?

Ok this is what is planed to get equiment wise so far,
New light 2x75 watts
Hydro
Salt
Live Rock
RO powder
... anything Im missing?

RO isnt a powder. RO is water. You either filter this with an RO unit plmbed into your exsisting water supply. Or you purchase RO water from your local shop per gallon.

Sand? Unless you want a bare bottom tank or even a rubble zone tank.

Heater?

Powerheads, Saltwarer thrives in high circulation so you need alot of flow, far more than you would consider safe really for a tank.

Ok maybe I should explain some things. I already have a 100 watt heater and an emperor 400 on my 20 gallon. My 20 gallon also has a white sand bottom. Also what skimmer should I get for my tank? I want something quiet and good quality.

Via Aqua Multi Skimmer Or prizm. Both Very cheap and Will Do fine for such a small tank as long as you run yur emperor too.
