What Do You Have In First

once CUC are in i would get the fish in then corals, but if you have the money you could add a few hardy softies when you add the fish

I don't think it makes much difference and people will give conflicting advice.
I've heard people say it's best to add corals ad then fish, so you don't disturb the fish when adding corals.
I added mine at the same time with no problems.

ok then i might get a few corals in there first before fish. is pulsing xenia a hardy coral. also there is a coral in my lfs in the show tank it has very long stalks it is white and has a polyp at the top and is in very heavey flow. i know its a bad description but could anyone tell me what it could be

the only thing is you may start to get receeding bacteria on the rock if you do not stock after the cycle, this is what i was told anyway

If it's for the Interpet tank, then it should be fine.
Mine seemed to do better when I placed it in the flow form the powerhead.
