My koi like oranges (youcan see my ochiba shigure in the pic) She loves them. Also prawns

thats my daughter feeding them, they're all pretty friendly.

The foods I'm talking about like oranges, prawns (brown bread too!) are only treats. They should be on a good quality koi food - mine are on growth food now and will only go back to wheatgerm once the temps drop.

:) :) :)

wheatabix, my uncles koi love wheatabix lol, dog buiscuits, they love and you could try grapes

Yeh, I've heard of giving them dog biscuits - you can try melon, lettuce, prawns and they love garlic. If you have trouble with koi not liking their food you can always try soaking it in orange juice first.

when my koi were alive i would throw a large ant in(they died of the cold weather that froze the pond completely :-( ] the ant would squirm and the koi would take them shark style

i used to feed my pondies a handful of undyed maggots when i got back from my fishing trips. Along with any pellets i had :)
