Please rethink this, 60l is to small for Clowns. Clowns need to be kept in groups of 5, 6 or more and they grow to over 12".

PLEASE do NOT get clown loaches. 60l is just absolutely WAY WAY WAY too small.

Agree 100%. There are plenty of other loaches to look at other than Clowns. They get too big and if you think that you could get away with some because they are small at your lfs, you can't they are definitely fish that will become stunted in that tank.

If that signature of yours is all one tank you need to please rethink your situation. Do some research on loaches first Also, glass catfish should also be kept in groups of at least 6.
