Obviously fish are going to die no matter how much you love and look after them, what do you do when the time comes to remove the poor thing from the tank?

when they stop breathing? 'not sure if they actually breathe :/' everything has a chance until its actually dead . . .

flush him lol unless he is a real favorite then u kiss him then flush him lol

Put them in a freezer bag, tie it up and pop them in the bin. Some are buried in the garden, usually in old ice cream boxes.

Never flush a dead fish.

Because you could contaminate local waterways with disease, which could effect local wildlife/fish. Plus its not a nice thing to do.

oh good job they havnt died ill get a bag and fill it with earth and make a flowerbed in it kiss the fish then put it in the bin lol

water is treated before it goes to someones house, if that was the case we couldnt poop or pee in the toilet lol
well atleast i think so lol

I've seen some trophy;s made of dead polypterus. You can bury them for a bit, dig em up, clean them with alcohol and stick them on a base .

Mine get burried in the garden
