Cory eggs are fairly easy to hatch and the corys will not usually eat them, but other fish in the tank will. If possible move the other fish to another tank and leave the eggs and the corys there until just before they hatch in 3-4 days. The corys (the parents and others) will inspect them from time to time and remove ones that are infertile and apt to develop fungus on them.
Fungus is the other thing you need to worry about. This can be prevented by very good water circulation over the eggs. I have been told that methylene blue will help also and I am trying it out with cory eggs that have just been laid yesterday.
Right now, those are your main concerns. If you cannot save them. the good news is that once corys start spawning, it is usually easy to get them to do it again under more convenient circumstances.
Please post further and I'll be happy to help you with whatever advice I can give. BTW, what kind or corys are they?
If you have fish like bettas, neons, cardinals, danios etc... your fry have a 1-5% chance of surving in that tank...so you should move them and my cories once they started spawning there are always eggs on the glass.
