What Do Baby Apple Snails Look Like?

I have two large golden apple snails in my community tank & a few days ago I noticed about half a dozen tiny little baby snails, but they are black or a very dark brown, are baby golden apples the same colour as their parents? I'm wondering if they are babies from my adults or whether they were introduced in a plant?

Yup babies are a very pale slightly transluscent shade of yellow, sounds like you may have some pest snails in your tank breeding.

thats great, thanks for the info everyone, looks like I have picked up some little hitchhikers, now that I know they arent apples I will grab a couple for the DP to munch on
