What Could Live In This Tank?

Which small fish could live in there with no filtration and with just natural light out of freshwater & brackish, perhaps marine?

I don't think any fish could go without filtration. Certianly not a marine fish.

get a filter. otherwise 1 betta, any more than one (divided) will need filtration, unless you want to do very regular large water changes.

all other fish really need filtration.

dwarf puffers are way too messy to go without filtration.

You can buy extremely cheap filters at walmart. Filters are definitely a good thing to have

Dwarf puffers definatly need filtration.
Only thing I can think of is a betta as long as you do water changes at least every other day. Without filtration there's just not a lot you can keep in tanks. And with the small size, plus no heating, you're *very* limited
