i am just wondering what corals, that are easy to care for that can be kept under T8's?

pulsing xenia can be one under T8's if high up, but dont know any others.

(im not saying im gonna lots all at once but maybe a few now and then, after i got some fish)

any azoox's will be fine under that amount of light :) suns, chillis, gorgonians all will be fine :)

I've got button polyps doing nicely under T8's in my FOWLR tank. Stuck the rock in there thinking it would probably fade away but it's doing great. There is also a couple of mushrooms doing fine. There are 2x40w T8's in there with reflectors

i have heard the types that you suggested sorgan are for experts.

the button polyps look nice. not too keen on the mushrooms.
do you keep your pulsing xenia under your T8's also? as i heard they can if kept higher up

Of course I have Xenia everywhere, its growing from the rim of my loo.

It seems to do quite well under them, took longer to stop sulking than when under the T5's when moved to the tank, but they are doing quite well now, spreading and looking very healthy. It is about half way up the tank, not particularly bright in there to be honest.

I'd definitely get some Zoanthids...it's hard to go wrong, when dealing with their care requirements
