What Colour Is 4Dkh?

I'm curious as I thought it came mixed up and was blue, mine is orange out the bottle, do I need to mix it with something as its bugging me, been sat in the tank all day waiting for it to at least turn blue, hopefully green?

it goes blue when mixed with 4dkh, you have just been sold promo blue, you need to mix it with 4 dkh water.
