What Can I Feed My Otos?

as above says,i feed them algae wafers,just wondered what else i could feed them

You could try peas and other such vegetables...they can be picky though. Mine feed on mostly algae (by far the best source of food) as well as algae wafers and peas at a guess, but I haven't seen them actually feeding on them...

I'll have to try carrot...I assume you part boil it first to get it soft?

yes boil them like you would if you were cooking them for yourself i just tried them as we had some left over from lunch 1 day weighed it down with a stone they couldnt eat it fast enough

mine just absolutely love spinach, i also heard that they like cucumbers and zucchini.
