If you need help DO feel free to PM. I'm proficient in HTML and JavaScript and can do light editing in PHP. I started doing sites as I hated everything I saw as to image galleries with all closing display pages and such so decided to solve the issue. The site has been around for over 20 years and is still used with over 2 million unique visitors. As to appearance it is antiquated but I think still fun. It is an animated GIF gallery with over 2900 animations. The right side of the page is for display of the selected image. There is really only one display code. I used JavaScript to parse what image to display within the links from the thumbnails on the left.

I don't use an editor supplied by my hosting. I use an very old version of Dreamweaver. It was developed by an outfit called Macromedia but bought out by Adobe. Of course Adobe ruined the thing. I use the last version actually put out by Macromedia.

Sigh, I REALLY need to update that site with newer images and get rid of a few things that no longer apply such as the feedback link on the 'title page' Probably should just get rid of the title page and just replace with a re-direct directly to the gallery. I should also add some animations I now have that are not on the site such as:

It works.

No, a business license is not free. Depending on the business and where located it can cost as little as $25.00 to up in the hundreds. As long as you properly do your taxes you can get away without one but it puts you in danger. Say you sell a plant that kills a tank... The customer can personally sue you. If you have a license you can incorporate and only the business can be sued, not you personally.

Since your location points to Area 51 I don't know where you are actually located. If in the U.S. I would suggest that you contact your local Chamber Of Commerce. to find details. In most locations they will be happy to help you.

No I don't do you have to pay for it? I've already spent to much on other stuff for the business. Etsy sales are paying for most of it so that is good...

Not free but worth it for liability and taxes. Mine was about 170, to register with the city and get the state license

I am home sick with covid. Tomorrow will be a full week that I've been home with covid. Yesterday I completely lost my sense of taste and smell, not sure how I'm cooking Thanksgiving without being able to taste or smell anything. Not sure if that's going to be a big deal though, since my other housemate is also getting over covid.

I am expecting a fish delivery from the wet spot getting some gobies and some more pangio loaches.
