Sat trying to relax and watch TV before bed and that flippin' noisy Bassett Hound is outside barking is wotsits off and the owner has her TV on loud enough that I can hear it next door and she cannot hear her sodding dog

I love dogs...honestly I love dogs....but I could happily wring next door's Bassett Hound by the neck

I forgot you had an African leaf fish! Those look just wild. Once I'm able to have multiple tanks I'm definitely doing those guys...

The Bassett Hound doesn't need anyone to bark at....a leaf fluttering from the tree is enough to set it off for the next 30 minutes nonstop barking and howling.....whilst the owner turns her damned TV up and ignores it

Owner has a back garden with a back door just like my flat....but she ties the dog on a long leash to her hallway radiator and leaves the front door open til midnight and the dog just waltzes in and out all evening long.....the leash is long enough for the dog to stand right outside....as in 6 inches away....from my bedroom window

And as an idea for you to keep enjoying the hobby, instead of a large tank you can do those mini 2.5 gallon tanks with just a few shrimp and some snails. Then just use a turkey baster to do water changes. Not heavy weight and you can still scape it to look nice with plants
