What are these worms on the glass?

No, most likely not.

If the worms are flat, it is most likely they are planaria. If they are wiggly, they are most likely nematodes.

They seem wiggly. Is it harmful to the fish and how do I kill them lol

Probably planaria. They feed off ditritus, do water change, increase water flow if possible, decrease feeding. Planaria are a sign of poor water.

Ok thanks, I've been doing a bunch of water changes for his fin rot so I don't think it's that. I did just do a thorough cleaning which could have stirred them up?

Theyre flatworms, not planaria. Head is rounded. Theyre harmless but they can overpopulate if you overfeed or if there's a lot of debris

That is possible. Just keep up the water changes for now, there is no need to go get medications, as the issue is not that severe. :)

I thought planaria were flatworms?
theyre in the same family. One is harmless to shrimp one is not. Planaria are the ones with triangular heads and come in white and brown colouration. Flatworms have a rounded head and aren't harmful at all.

Interesting, the website I was looking at was incorrect!
A good comparison
