What are these small grayish colored worms

I found these small grayish colored worms In my aquarium after I removed the inhabitants if anyone knows how to get rid of them naturally then please let me know

They're harmless they're likely either microfex or possibly other types of detritis type worms. But they feed on detritis in the substrate. Part of a healthy aquarium
