What Are These Parts Please?

I have taken apart my hydor prime 20.

Obviously there are 2 sponges but what on earth are the other things??

Is this the carbon? Sorry, new to external filters so I have no idea what stuff is! lol

All of the stuff has been sitting for ages so going to replace all of it, that's why I opened it to see what it was.

And where is best to get replacements for the things? Also going to need new pipes for it.

The black bits in the bag look like carbon. The green stick like things I had in my Hydor, they were rubbish and crumbled, I changed then to spoirax (sp). Nice little filter these.

looking at that stuff i would just get some sponge cut it to size and fill filter with sponge, maybe get some Biological Ceramic Stone or Super Ceramic Rings, and maybe some filter floss cheap option,
