What are these bugs?

Yesterday i was doing a lot of cleaning on a 20g tank that holds 3 black mollies, 4 swordtails, 1 corydora, and a chinese algae eater.
After I cleaned the glass and took out some water I discovered small yellowish? bugs crawling on the glass right above the water line. Also whenever they get on the water they kind of just float there or thye will hop/skip across the water until they reach glass to crawl on.
Anyone have any clue what these little critters are?

It's very hard to get it to focus, and I don't think i can get another pic because i only see them when I did that water change, sorry . I exlained them at the top if anyone can make a guess off that? sorry.
