What are the best websites for looking up fish (especially cichlids) by their common and scientific names? I would also like to see good pictures of the fish.

Any other good fish websites would be very appreciated since I am just getting started in this hobby. What are good websites for ordering fish supplies along with tanks? I already have a 60 gallon setup.

a great site i'v found is Aquarticles

it's got a massive database of about 657 articles (Last time i checked) and is updated about once a week...

Go to www.fishprofiles.com as they have pretty much all the info and pics of every possible fish species especially for cichlids

Regarding online stores....

Most online places don't like to ship big tanks (which is understandable), but for other "dry goods", two very popular ones are Big Al's Online and Drs. Foster & Smith.

I've had good luck recently ordering from www.petguys.com. The prices are cheap, their website is very efficient to use and the orders ship promptly.
