Sometimes my fishes are "shaking". They flick their bodies once but very rarely. Is this also a sign of velvet? I have noticed the white/gold powder on my fishes for about a two weeks now. Is it too late to start treatment?

Also, my fishes dont have clamped fins. Only two of my Cichlids are swimming very close to the glass. Do you guys think that my fishes have velvet?
