What Am I

I took this and some other stuff on a trade . But I do not know what this is other than maybe bending tube.
Does anyone knows who make them and what there called .

Spooky!

Used one this afternoon. It clips on the side of a bucket then you place the end of a syphoning tube in the ratchet and pinch it up. It stops the end from falling out and allowing the water to pour over your carpet!

Thats right, they come with Hagen Marina gravel vacs.
The other bends are from a Fluval spray bar. but when i had my fluval with a spray i could not see where they fitted
