What A Pig!

I've just started feeding my common plecs algae tabs again since the algae seems sparse (they're doing a great job of cleanup). Well one my Leporinus (named Pan) is a piiiig! He had almost doubled in size in less than a week, he's eating almost all of the algae tabs before anyone can get them. I've seen hardly any growth from these leporinus until now, I guess I found the secret leporinus growth potion lol Pan has grown about almost an inch in length and probably an inch in width too! I have to watch how many tabs I put in from now on before this guy eats himself to death.

The first pic is 4 1/2 weeks ago, and the 2nd pic is today, what a difference.

P.S. My other Leporinus named Cutie was the big one, not any more! lol He doesn't seem to have the same appetite as Pan does.

Nice fish! I put a algae disk in my tank and it becomes a feeding frenze! I have to put 3 in at dif areas of the tank to keep the fighting to a min.

Same here...lol. I break the tabs in half and put them in a few different areas, Pan still finds most of them before the Plecos do.
