WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE!?!?!?!?!

I keep having more and more betta problems.

My green ct female in my 29 gallon has this cut and then it looks like someone pulled the skin back and threw some cotton fuzz in it.

And my cambodian's eye is glazed over with a huge bubble.

my lavander cambodian's fin is shredded and the ends have red dots.

My oldest bettas fins magically shredded over night.

But on a good note... the ich is gone.

This sucks!!!!!!

I'm really sorry, that sounds bad

I had some problems with my boys a month ago or so, one of the most gorgeous ones died and the cutest one lost half of his fins and they propably won't ever grow back fully. I almost decided not to breed my bettas anymore or get new ones, but well, now it's getting better.

I hope your boys will make it, bettas are tough

Ya I don't understand. Most people throw them in a tiny, tiny cup and never clean the water and they live 1, 2, 3 years.

I do everything I should and my bettas get sick. It's really frustrating. I can't believe I even thought about breeding. I can't even keep the ones I already have healthy...

She's been in the 29 gallon with molly fry for like 3-4 months now. Nothing has ever happened before.

oh, im so sorry. Its always sad when a betta dies or gets sick.

Don't be so hard on yourself. Most likely it's not something you did, but something they might have contracted from the water or something before you changed it again? If that made any sense, I'm tired

If it makes you feel any better... I've got 3 who may die. One almost for sure, my green and red girl... then my doubletail female, and my new cambodian female. Rah rah. Obviously it isn't how much we love or care for them.
