I was wondering if this 'Welcome sign' that I made could become avaliable to all members under the other "smiley" captions?

It already seems as some members are all ready using it, so I was like, "why not ask the people upstairs to take a look at it?"

EDIT: I can change the color of it if need be.

Yeah, the transparency on that is terrible. No need for the huge mass of white around it, and there's some bad compression artifacts.

If you fix that(and the unnecessary 3 exclamation points), maybe.
