Whilst doing a water change today, I found a strange thing crawling on my finger.

It was brownish, about 1-2mm in length. At first I thought it may have been a homeless snail but it had only one antennae/tentacle like thing at the front of its body which was moving around as it crawled.

I put it back in the tank and one of the fish soon ate it.

Any idea and I dont think it was hydra as it was too big and only one limbed (if thats the right word) lol

A leech maybe?

Or them harmless thingies that I can't remember the name of that get mistaken for leeches?
