Weird Stuff on Rosy Barb

I've just noticed it.
There is white suff on the left side of my female Rosy Barb. What could this be?
Extra info:
Is constantly being chased by the male.
Kind of looks like scales have been removed.
Filled with eggs.

Not the best pictures but male keeps on chasing her out of the way.
