Weird Bubble

My Texas Cichlid has 1 milky looking bubble on his underside I have never seen anything like it and don't know how to treat it or if it can be treated. I took some video footage but not sure if I can upload it here. Any help please

They are New World Cichlids not African.
There is a disease that makes fishes eyes go milky, not sure if there's a treatment.
