1. Free
2. No ads
3. 40 MB space
4. 6-8 GB (or more) bandwidth
5. FTP
6. PHP (preferably PHP 5)
7. MySQL with phpMyAdmin
8. PHP mail() enabled
9. Own Domain support
10. "Post to Host" sites are acceptable, as long as the forum is active and it's less than 25 posts/month

I don't know of a free host with all you require, especially the ads, but I use these, $44 per year shouldn't break the bank

It has to be free. The first one was for churches. o_0 I need a separate host because I have bandwidth problems with my current one. This is a VERY difficult task.

takes some rooting round to find the free version but its there
