anyone running a wavemaker in a jbj nano cube ? currently have stock return pump and a seio's Prop 2000l/h thought of adding a wavemaker, or is that enough flow ?

If you hang on to around christmas time then Tunze are bringing out a wavemaker specific for nano's. Bit pricey though, but sure makes natural looking motion in the tank.

Big C are you referring to what Andy posted a few days back. I don't think that it will work in the JBJ 24g; the wave box is still too strong. The tank wll look like a washing machine on the rinse cycle.

Regards

Just checked Andy's post apparently it is for aquarium 36USg and bigger; us nanoers left neglected once more....... I think you can make a wave box easily enough look on you tube for DIY wave box. The designs on there will work but the motor in the pump usually fail prematurely.

Your talking about the wavebox, hes asking about a wave maker (an add on to a power head's power supply to stop or slow down the powerhead in intervals creating wave effects).

THe main reason why tunze probably won't ever make a wavebox for nanos is because no one would buy it (maybe only the elite or the people who can bathe in money).

Sorry misread the subject. Wave maker I have thought about it but not invested yet....
