Watts per gallon java moss

I currently have a 25 tall with only 15 watts of light . I moved my java moss up to the tallest rock structure in my 25g, and left a little bit in my gravel. Do you think this will be enough?

There is no definate answer to your question. What I do is I let a little bit in the tank, and see if it grows. Take the other larger half and put it outside or somewhere, where it will get sunlight. You could see if it grows or survives in the tank, and if it does, then you can put all of it inside your main tank.
