Water test

I just did a water test and I got these results
Ph 7.6-8.0
Ammonia- 0-.25ppm the color as in between
Nitrite- 0.0PPM
Nitrate- 5.0 ppm
Are these numbers normal?

Is your tank cycling? (Fishless cycle) or Do you have fish in your tank right now?

If you are doing fishless cycle, i thikn you're done with it.

Even though you are not doing cycle, i think that test is normal. I guess.
