Water Stats After 9 Days

My tank has been cycling for 9 days now, i have had a huge diatom breakout and now i have small bits of hair algae (or so i think) over the glass, only in groups of 2/3. Is this good?

Here are my readings:

PH-8.2
Ammonia- 0.02-0.05
Nitrite- 0.02-0.05
Nitrate- 10

How long do you think it will take before i can get my cuc, and what will follow from now?

It will take as long as it takes..lol
Dont add anything until you have had zero ammonia and low nitrates for 3 - 5 days. Otherwise you risk losing everything you put in there. There is no set time scale for the cycle, it all depends on how cured the rock was and how much die off you had during transit. I had hardly any issues and no ammonia after day 5. Even after upgradinf my whole system to a 25g and adding another 20lbs of sand and 10kg of live rock ive still not had any ammonia spikes Its down to the rock . Well cured quality rock will cycle in no time at all.
Keep testing ever few days , clean the glass..lol otherwsie you wont be able to see a thing and just wait till everything has settled and is stable.
