Water Level In Weir

Hi,
Sorry I need to ask more questions about the sump that is now getting on my nerves.
Is it normal for the water level in the weir to be lower than in the main part of the tank?
And how high should the water come up to in the sump?

Hi dani
Yes it is quite normal for the water level to be a little lower in the weir than the main tank, so that’s nothing to worry about {unless its loud like Niagara falls }
As for the water in the sump, perhaps if you post up a pic
it would much easier to advice, as there are endless possibilities of how your sump could possibly be setup

Thanks alot, it does sound quite noisy so I might try to raise the level abit to cut out the splashing.
