i change 25% a week.

I don't have any schedule, I just change them when I get the time every 2 to 3 weeks. I was changing my nano every week and the one weekend I got busy and didn't get to it all the corals looked better than they ever had. Since then the nano is every two to three weeks as well now.

I used to be very diligent with doing water changes weekly. But it seems that in the last year or so I've gotten rather irregular with them. Like maybe doing a couple of weeklies in a row then not doing any for two weeks...
Like this weekend I won't be doing any....just don't feel that well but I did them the two weeks before so it should be okay....
