Water Change In A Shrimp Tank

just out of interest, as some say weekly and others say 3 weekly
I used to do it 3 weekly but now do it weekly

what do you do?

yes I have 3 tanks and wondered on each
one tank has shrimps hence post here
2nd main tank has freshwater 3rd is bay tank from livebearers
