Look into Gorilla Racks, standard fishroom equipment. Those look more like skid racks, which would be total overkill for tanks. You might get a deal on skid racks if you find a warehouse shutting down, hope you have high ceilings!

We user the same thing in our store room at work. Ours specs at 500kg safe load per shelf bay.

It is a bit overkill for tanks.

some beams similar to that have upto 5 tons per pair of horizontals.

what size tank re you planning here? wouldnt it be cheaper and easier to gets oemone to weld you some steel box section together?

well a 75 gallon US or a maybe 110 us depending upon the prices of the tanks.
But i now it is over kill but I found a place that sells them for like $150. and they come in 4 foot high sections which would bet perfect. Plsy they have racks where you can add plywood atop thick cross beams.

ive seen it

it had 3 shelves, each with a fish tank taking up all the space...

but looks to flimsy for my liking

You have never worked in a warehouse before have you? At mine they are sky high with tons of stuff. I was just curious as to if it was affordable or good for tanks in a stand alone single rack.

but it looks like $150 to $200 would be the price. Not bad. I think it would be easier to deal with thank wood.
