Wanted Tropical Community Fish

Hi all i have been given the task of re-stocking the 3ft fish tank at the school where i work,
at the moment the residents are 2 penguin tetras, 2 harlequin rasboras and a small pleco.
so im looking for some other fish for the tank. any suggestions on stocking are welcome.
i can collect from london over the weekend, can pay a little for them but not a huge ammount.
