Well, I'm after any wood in particular, what sort of size is it? I don't think it's what I'm looking for, I need something about 20 inches long, branching and preferably not straight for a planted set up.

ah, sorry, its only about a foot long.

Dont suppose you know what wood this is?

I'm not sure, I'd have a guess at some form of root though.
