Honey, find a staples or similar shop in your area, they do large rolls of black paper for less than a fiver or a couple of large sheets of black carboard, its what I use

The size is 121 x 51 x 63

It was someone, cant remember who on this site, that gave me that idea, Ive got almost a full 10ft roll of black paper but it would cost more to send it to ya than buying your own. Hobbycraft do black sheets of thick paper, you might need a couple of them, but its easy with some double sided tape to stick them together without it showing.

the roll sounds better to be honest id only faff up a join!
just used yell.com to see where the nearest on is and its cardiff so not to far, ill ring them to see if theyve got any then maybe pop in at the w/end
