Want A New Powerhead

i want to upgrade the powerhead on the standard jewel box filter, i want the most powerful powerhead that will simply replace the standard one that came with the tank

The standard powerhead for a Rio 180 is 600lh. The biggest they do is 1500lh. I have a 1000 on my Rekord 120 and I think the flow is a bit extreme. I reckon 1500lh on the Rio 180 might be too much. If you could adjust the flow on the Jewel Powerhead it would be ideal.

Im the one asking about what was on the rio 180. it was just for information sake really but thanks for the info cheers smudge
