Wal-mart Bettas

Ok has anyone ever saved Betta's from Wal-mart or any other fish?
I feel so bad for the fish there.
Last time, i went to wal-mart, there was a betta with mouth fungus! I'm not joking but wal-mart didn't do anything!
I feel so bad for that betta

My friend and I each rescued a female from Walmart last week, which were the last 2 bettas on the shelf. They had less than a third of their container of water and looked like they were going to croak while we were standing there.


Since then, my female, Miss Ruby, had grown and really come out with some beautiful colors!

i've saved fish from walmart... i saved 2 bettas, 12 guppies, 6 cory cats and 4 siamese algae eaters.... the only fish i have now is the betta... the rest died but over a span of 3-6 yrs

i wanted to save some snails from there... but they didn thave any *tear*

My oldest VT male is from Walmart. His name is Phoenix and he's a 3 and 1/2yr old orange dalmatian betta. I love him to death.
