I finally found my digital camera and when I take pics there is a HUGE flash on the tank. So I turn the flash off and if I dont hold completly still (which is really hard to do) it comes out super blury. Plus if I do get good pics my computer wont load them so I have to go to my Grandma's everytime I get 25 pictures. DAMMIT!!! Okay, there was my venting for the day.. -_-

I have the same problem. I think the only sollution is getting a cam with manual zoom.

When I took pictures with a digital camera I rested it on a table about the same height as the aquarium so that it did not move.

You have to wait for a fish to stay still for a couple of seconds (can take ages! ) and then take the shot. If you take the picture at a slight angle it helps with reflections.

I always use a tripod.

I've found that the best way to get a clear picture is to turn off the room lights and have the aquarium lights as bright as possible - sometimes this means adding extra temporary lighting.
