I dont know why they died but right when they died they vanished

Have you tested your water parameters? Including Nitrate, nitrite, ammonia, temp, salinity, pH etc?

Not recently I was at a wilderness program for troubled teens for 8 weeks and found them dead when i got home

All the fish in the tank died due to a disease .

I thought it was a disease? Test your tanks water now then. Where they being fed when you were away?

It was a disease or at least thats what my mom told me. and yes they were being fed as for water testing i dont have my own kit. ill have to take my water in to the lfs to get it tested

Oh sorry to hear about the loss . Not that I know so much about SW fish but I do know that it is extremely handy to have a SW Test kit. Mine cost me about $25 dollars for the whole set at petco. Which was a suprise because my lfs sells them for 18 each if bought seperatly.
