This is Maple, our 6 month old Maine Coon kitten. We got her from a local breeder. My husband has always wanted a Maine coon, it has been his dream cat for a very long time. All of our other cats have come from shelters, foster programs, or TNR programs, so this was an exception for my husband. Her coat color is classic marble tabby.

Maple is definitely a character. She is playful and friendly, gets along well with our other cats and she even plays with a couple of them (our 17 year old cat doesnt care to play, but they get along at least). She is a big foodie and will jump vertically into the air onto my back from the ground at feeding time. Hangs on claws and all and makes feeding time a challenge (you definitely know when its time to trim her nails). Despite being only a kitten, she is as large as our adult cats and will continue to outgrow them. Maine coons continue to grow until up to 5 years of age. Her fur will continue to grow longer and fuller, and she has massive feet.
When she's not trying to get at food or playing, she likes to lay on our laps on a blanket like a hammock.
She is more attached to my husband, but she likes everyone in the family and is always nosy to see what we are doing and has to make herself a part of it. If we are having family game night, she's stealing the game pieces or sitting on the game board and losing all our progress. If we are eating dinner, we are constantly having to remove her from the table or eating with holding our plates above our heads out of her reach. If someone is having a bath, she has even joined in πŸ˜… no where is off limits in her mind.

This is my foster pet of the month. In about 2 weeks she will have had enough shots to be adopted and I hope I can find a good home for her then. Her name is Carla, her mom is a full blooded rottweiler, her dad is a rottie mix and she is 2.5 months old and already a watch dog. If I have company her sister walks right by but Carla lets me know my friend is new here.

This is Buster B Black after a hard day helping our neighbors children build a snowman family. Buster was very particular about the quality of the builds twice rejecting partially finished snow people by jumping on them and rolling in the debris. The third try he seemed satisfied and allowed the snow people to be completed.

It was an exhausting job of quality control and he immediately jumped on a couch, rolled over and began snoring.

This is our dog, Luna! She is mostly Great Pyrenees and Siberian Husky, but also has a dash of German shepherd in her!
We got her when she was about 9 months old from a shelter and fell in love with her immediately!
Since then, she has definitely made us her pack members and does not like it when we are apart and will try to regroup us if we even slightly split up in public.

She also has something called heterochromia, which basically means that she has multiple colored eyes! One eye is a dark brown, while the other eye is half brown and half icey blue. It's one of my favorite features on her besides her adorable ears!

She's been one of the more harder dogs I've gotten the chance to train with the husky stubbornness, and we still have small issues, but in general she does well with listening unless we're asking her to be quiet πŸ˜†

She LOVES playing hide and go seek with either me or my dad in the house and also LOVES wrestling in the yard.

Thank you for taking the time to read about her if you did!
