Volume In Uk Gallons

alrite people, I just want to check im getting this correct as I've been told different by two different people, i'll try make this simple

My Tank, a 3ft one:

36" Length
12" Width
18" Height

I work it out as a 24 UK Gallon Tank?

Does this meausre with how you people work it out?

I'm fairly certain thats correct?

36x12x18 is 7,776 cubic inches. Google agrees that 7,776 ci is 28.029748 Imperial gallons (note imperial, not UK gallons ).

Put this into the query box and it will give you the answer....

36 inches x 12 inches x 18 inches to imperial gallons

You can shove things like cubic meters, liters instead of imperial gallons (just use gallons for us gallons) to get other units.
